Before implementing Cognassist, Train Together struggled to consistently identify and support neurodiverse learners. Learners requiring reasonable adjustments or additional help often went unnoticed, creating barriers to their success. The solution
Train Together integrated Cognassist smoothly into their operations, with tailored training and exceptional implementation support from the Cognassist team. The platform not only met compliance standards but also enhanced learner engagement and tutor effectiveness. Since launch, Cognassist has enabled Train Together to identify learners requiring additional support from day one, leading to timely interventions and personalised learning experiences. Insights from the platform have informed the creation of a structured Reasonable Adjustment Policy and Matrix. Tutors are now better equipped, learners feel more supported, and overall outcomes—including completions, engagement, and satisfaction—have improved markedly. As they aim to become an outstanding provider, Train Together continues to refine their use of Cognassist, recognising it as a vital tool in their mission to support every learner effectively.
