Louise was VP of Neuro-inclusion Training at Cognassist, and was with the business from day one. For 14 years she worked with disabled higher-education students funded through DSA, where she saw first-hand that with the right understanding and support, disabled learners can have an equal chance of success as their peers. At Cognassist she was responsible for the development of cognitive ideas and applied cognitive science, and led the company's R&D — focusing on validity, compliance, supporting new markets, and developing training material. She was also Co-director of the Creative Arts Mental Health Alliance CIC.
